n_15/02/2011 - Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival 2011
I was a guest director at this year's Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival where my latest short film On the Water's Edge has been selected in the International competition programme.
Experiencing first hand the world best short film festival and its selection of works has been a lot better than my wildest expectations. What amazing works, such high quality both in terms of production values
as well as in terms of content. I am so hugely flattered my work featured amongst them. I have had the great pleasure to meet many talented directors and artists who inspired me with their ambition,
their good spirits and their brilliant films. Last but not least Clermont-Ferrand is an hidden gem of hospitality and quality of life.
Thank you to the festival and the city, great reasons to keep indulging this love for filmmaking.

Goodness Gracious! On the Water's Edge has been selected in the competition programme of arguably the world's leading festival devoted to short films with an average 100.000 people attending!
How amazing is that!
This is quite an extraordinary news not only because it's an animated film but also because we are talking about a selection of 78 shorts
picked out of 6700 films from all over the planet!
I mean five thousands three hundreds and sixtytwo films!! A huge thank you to the selection committee for considering my work and see you there!

n_25/12/2010 - Animated Dreams
I was a guest director in Tallinn's Animated Dreams film festival last week. I had a chance to catch up with some old friends and to make some special new ones too as well as falling in love
with Estonia's hospitality. Very, very cold but highly raccommended! My warmest congratulations go to my friend Margaux who won the Award for best film handed out by Estonian Academy of Arts' animation
students for her moving and suggestive short My Mother's Coat. I feel I should list many extraordinary films that where both inspirational and entertaining but I'll mention one for all that I particularly liked:
the winner of the award for the best Story, Pritt and Olga Parn's last animated short film Divers in the Rain.
Amazing stuff from a visionary filmmaker.
